Awesome, fresh and deeeelicious!!
These Blue Cobia Burgers are delicious and so easy to cook. Dinner is ready in minutes!
I cooked these Cobia burgers in my Air Fryer..delicious!!the favor and seasoning in them was perfect!
I don't think I've ever had cobia before, and wasn't sure what to expect. It turns out that it's pretty darn tasty! That KnowSeafood's products are the highest quality is a given, so let's discuss the actual nitty-gritty of the product itself. In terms of texture, the cobia patties were firm, but not as meaty as haddock. They flake when cooked to doneness, but doesn't completely disintegrate like a thin fillet of tilapia. Taste-wise, it definitely tastes like a fish, but the "fishy" taste is in the medium range, I think. There are some fish whose taste is (relatively) subtle, and others that just scream "I LIVE IN THE SEA". On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the most fishy), I think I'd place cobia around 6, maybe 6.5, depending on how you eat it. Speaking of which, since the cobia has a very subtle nutty flavor, I recommend that you eat this as a standard fish burger, but put more emphasis on fatty compliments. I had mine with crisp butter lettuce (the crispness is a nice contrast to the meatiness of the fish), with pickles, Sir. Kensington sauce/mayo combo, red onion, and an avocado, all on a generic toasted white bun. I think a sourdough bun would work even better.
Excellent taste and easy to prepare.
Tried to like these
Clearly it is a quality product. However the taste was not to our liking. We really tried to like them. Prepared them several ways , but could not get past an odd flavor. The egg white and potato starch and vinegar gave it a slight weird flavor. Sorry. Perhaps change the sunflower oil to olive oil or grape seed and the vinegar to lemon juice. Instead of potato starch, perhaps finely grate potatoes
I just placed my 3rd order of Cobia burgers. They are delicious and so easy !!! They are definitely becoming a favorite.
Ocean Blue Cobia Burgers
They were tasty and a quick meal. A nice change from hamburgers.
Are you kidding me?
We never knew a "fish" burger could taste this good. Already ordered more. 'Nough said?
Great tasting, easy to cook.
Ocean Blue Cobia Burgers
I have never have Cobia fish until the other night. The Ocean Blue Cobia Burgers were amazing. I cooked it in a little extra ****** olive oil and served it over a large salad. I topped it with a delicious horseradish sauce. I will order these again. Everything I've order has been perfect.
This was delicious! I cooked this on an indoor grill and then made a burger out of it. I’m upset I didn’t buy this sooner. It’s that good.
Easy to order, cook, and devour!
Healthy and delicious grill option
Just add lettuce tomato and ranch dressing!
I will definitely buy again to put on the grill. I pan fried them but they were still very good. A must try if you are on the fence.
These will surprise you!! They did for me.
Ok, Paul says "how about Cobis Burgers? I said what? I have never had a cobia burger (truthfully didn't know they existed). He said you have to try them, just like I told him to try the Black Cod. So I did. WOW! I put them in the air fryer from FROZEN and flipped them once. Then onto a brioche bun, with some mixed greens and some garlic aioli. I'm a fan. Next time, I cooked them in the air fryer just enough so I could take them out and break them apart. Onto a tray of al dente cooked asparagus, some drizzle of XVOO, some S&P to taste, sprinkle some grated parmesan, they under the broiler for a few minutes. Even my very fussy brother-in-law ate them. So go play with your food!!! Try these!
