Tuna Poke Bowl

Tuna Poke Bowls are a seriously delicious, easy and light lunch or dinner option that is full of flavor (and possibilities) - make it your own and have fun with it!
Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari)
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp siracha
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ginger, grated
1/2 tsp lime juice
8oz Tuna Poke
2 cups cooked sushi rice
1-2 mangoes, cubed
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup edamame, shelled
1/2 cup carrots, julienned
1 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
sesame seeds for garnish

Directions
Combine Sauce ingredients in a small bowl; whisk to combine and set aside.
Place tuna in a medium bowl. Pour Sauce over top and set aside while prepping the remaining ingredients.
Divide rice, marinated tuna, mango, avocado, edamame, carrots, cucumber and cilantro between two bowls. Garnish with black sesame seeds, if desired.
