Ingredients

1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Kosher salt
2 tbsp olive oil
4-5 corn tortillas
¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ cup fresh cilantro
Lime wedges for serving
4 cups total shredded cabbage (green and purple)
1 small red onion, sliced thin
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
½ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup greek yogurt or sour cream
¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp of honey
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and lime juice.
Add shrimp and toss to coat.
Leave shrimp to marinate for 15 minutes.
While shrimp is marinating, whisk mayonnaise, greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, and cayenne pepper in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Add jalapeno, red onion, and cabbage. Toss to combine. Let sit in the refrigerator until time for serving.
Heat olive oil in a cast iron or non-stick skillet over medium/high heat.
Add shrimp in an even layer and cook about 4-6 minutes flipping halfway through.
Heat corn tortillas on an open flame or in a dry pan before serving.
Top tacos with slaw and cilantro and serve with a lime wedge.
