Grilled Honey-Marinated Salmon with Roasted Root Vegetables

The honey marinade gives this salmon dish a mild sweetness, which tastes amazingly well with baked root vegetables.



  1. 4 tbsp honey

  2. Juice of 1/2 Lemon

  3. salt and pepper to taste

  4. Roasted Root Vegetables

  5. 2 Large Carrots, sliced

  6. 2 root parsley, sliced

  7. 1 small celeriac, diced

  8. 1/2 Rutabaga, diced

  9. 2 tbsp olive oil

  10. salt and pepper to taste

  11. Aurora Salmon

  12. 4 Portions of Salmon

  1. Preheat grill to medium/high heat.

  2. Mix the honey and the juice of half a lemon in a bowl, stir and pour over the salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Slice the carrots and root parsley and dice the celeriac and rutabaga. Place the vegetables in aluminum foil with the olive oil, salt and pepper and place under the grill. Grill for 15-20 minutes

  4. Grill the salmon around 15 minutes.
