1lb Salmon Poke
1 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp tamari
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tablespoon green onions
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
3 cups cooked white rice
1/3 cup rice vinegar
3 Tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup cream cheese and 1-2 teaspoons sriracha mixed
Cucumber sliced thinly/julienned
Avocado
Black Sesame Seeds
Seaweed

Directions
First mix together your sauce for Salmon Poke and marinate the salmon pieces in it.
While that’s marinating cook white rice according to package. While rice is cooking prepare your cucumber, avocado, and your cream cheese mixture.
Once rice is cooked add the coconut sugar/rice vinegar mixture to the rice and combine thoroughly.
Now assemble your poke bowl! Rice, salmon poke, cucumber, avocado, seaweed, cream cheese/sriracha, all topped with black sesame seeds.
