Looking for a special occasion recipe that's simple and delicious, Try this Sparkling Wine Poached Shrimp!

Ingredients

1 lb. Colossal Raw Shrimp
½ Stick of Butter
½ Bottle of Dry/Extra Dry Champagne
¼ Cup of Chopped Parsley
6 Cloves of Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
Crusty Bread (The Brot Box supplied this bread!)
Directions
Step 1: Start by popping your bottle and pouring half into a soup pot. Allow it to simmer until it reduces by half. This will cook out the alcohol but leaves the flavor!
Step 2: Melt in 1/2 stick of butter and press in 4 to 6 cloves of garlic and juice from one lemon.
Step 3: The Colossal Raw Shrimp from KnowSeafood is shelled and deveined so just drop it straight in the liquid! Cook for about 2 minutes until they are translucent.
Step 4: Toss in the parsley, Remove the shrimp and continue to reduce the liquid. It should coat the back of a spoon.
Step 5: Pour everything back over the shrimp and serve with enough crusty bread to sop up all that delicious juice!
Step 6: Enjoy!
