Tuna Poke Tacos

The perfect bit for those hot summer months! These Tuna Poke Tacos are packed with bold fresh flavors and are so simple to make!

Ingredients
1lb Yellowfin Tuna Poke
1 Ripe Hass Avocado cut into ¼ in pieces
2 scallions, finely sliced
1/2 cup Wakame* (seaweed) finely sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Sriracha mayo
8 round wonton wrappers
1/4 cup Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Regular Soy Sauce
1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Mirin
1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 inch ginger, minced

Directions
Whisk all ingredients together for dressing.
Toss tuna, avocado, seaweed, scallions and sesame seeds (reserve some for garnish) and dressing together. Let marinate while preparing the remainder.
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Form wonton wrappers into taco shapes and arrange between the cups of an inverted muffin tin.
Bake in the preheated oven until firm and lightly browned, 4 to 5 minutes.
Fill wonton taco shells with poke and garnish with Sriracha mayo and remaining sesame seeds.
