Wild Atlantic Monkfish
Although not so handsome to look at, Monkfish is often referred to as the "poor man's lobster." The reason for this is Monkfish pretty much eat the same thing as lobsters do. There are two thick fillets taken from the tail that are prized for their tenderness and mild flavor. Monkfish is incredibly versatile seafood to cook. You can bake, broil, fry, grill, poach, or sauté this firm protein, and the fillets take on the flavor of marinades and sauces very well. The sturdy texture makes it suitable for grilling since it won't fall apart like more delicate fish.
Cooked Cold Water Shrimp
What makes Royal Greenland cold-water shrimp taste so wonderful is that they’re cooked with their shells on and then peeled before being instantly blast-frozen. Whether they are lightly seasoned and tossed with salads, mixed in with ramen, or even used in a delicious taco, one bite and you’ll see why this product is so highly sought after.
Always fresh and good. Great service and delivery is great. The seafood is always frozen when it arrives. I tried monkfish and am now a fan. So good.
