Garlic Butter Rainbow Trout
2 Rainbow Trout Fillets (6oz each)
1-2 Garlic Cloves smashed
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp grassfed butter
1/4 cup arrowroot powder
Salt and pepper
Heat pan over medium heat and melt oil and butter. Add your smashed garlic cloves to infuse flavor into the oil.
Put Arrowroot powder on a plate with salt and pepper added.
Dry trout thoroughly and then coat both sides of trout with arrowroot powder.
Add to hot pan and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
