Our KS Signature Yellowfin Tuna is hand-caught by fishermen in the pristine Laccadive Sea located between the Maldives and Sri Lanka and the Java Sea off the coast of Indonesia. Because they are hand caught, there is no harm to any by-catch, and each tuna is pulled onto the boat and iced immediately.
