Sablefish "Black Cod"
Black Cod (Sablefish) are known for their rich, buttery flavor. Rich in Omega 3s, they are a delicacy. The key to cooking Black Cod is a mixture of salty and savory flavorings. It’s nearly impossible to overcook sablefish because of the high concentration of heart-healthy oils. They are very rich and fit perfectly with an elegant meal.

Wild "Dingle" Lingcod
Alaska "Dingle Lingcod" is a favorite with Alaska fishermen and West Coast seafood-loving food nerds. Works well on the grill, and lingcod can be stuffed with vegetables and baked, and this fish lends itself well for an upscale fish and chips - a Pacific Northwest favorite.
An excellent source of lean protein, our "Dingle Lingcod" is caught by fishermen dropping a steel "dingle bar" across the ocean floor to wake up the lingcod from hiding, come out from the rocks and hopefully take the bait! Hence, why we call it "Dingle Lingcod"!
