Aurora Salmon is raised in fjords surrounded by the magnificent scenery of northern Norway with its spectacular light. The feed for Aurora Salmon results from a wide range of conscious choices to ensure the fish get all the vitamins and nutrients they need without introducing antibiotics into their diets. They are also fed with micro-algae to secure a high level of health, benefitting omega3-fatty acids.
Additionally, the free-flowing marine waters keep the fish healthy, active, and stress-free, contributing to the clean taste and flakey texture they’re known for. Aurora Salmon has the highest amount of Omega-3 fatty acids than any other salmon that we tested against. So, if you’re looking for the world’s best salmon, you’ve found it here!.
after thawing it didnt look like the picture. it was cut into much smaller, uneven pieces and had a greyish tinge to it. I was looking forward to eating poke but the salmon tasted watery, chewy and fishy. i had to cover it with sauce. i will say its good value, but i am disappointed given I bought two packs with high expectations.
Makes Amazing Salmon Poke!
Excellent! I made poke with soy, sesame oil, and sriracha. It was delicious. I like the 4 oz. packages because without that my husband and I would just eat the whole pound at one sitting!
The Poke came frozen solid like everything else I ordered but when I thawed it out to my surprise it was all in pieces ! I did not realize Poke meant chunks of salmon. I ate it anyway !
Everything about my purchase was perfect! Even though I forgot to claim my 5% returning customer discount, customer service caught my error and gave me a refund! The quality of the seafood I received is excellent. Customer service is better than it needs to be—incredible!
This poke is such good quality and fresh tasting, I can eat it straight from the bag. I mostly put them on my salads though. This is a must item for me!
