Shrimp Ramen Bowl
1 lb Cold Water Shrimp
1.5 lbs Ramen Noodles
4 cups of Chicken Stock
1 green onion
1 head of broccoli
salt and pepper to taste
Cut the broccoli into florets and chop the green onion finely.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet and cool down in ice cold water.
Boil the eggs for 7 minutes. Peel and halve them.
Boil up the stock and season with salt and pepper. Then boil the broccoli florets in the stock for 4 minutes. Finally, add the noodles and the spring onions and let them boil very briefly.
Divide up the noodles, spring onions and broccoli into 5 bowls and pour over the stock.
Arrange the eggs and shrimp in the bowls and serve immediately.
