Simple Salmon Sashimi with Soy Dressing

You don't need a complicated recipe to make a tasty dinner. Here you just cut raw salmon in slices and serve with homemade soy dressing on the side! 


  1. 2 6oz Salmon Fillets

  2. Dressing

  3. 1 garlic clove

  4. fresh ginger

  5. pinch of red chili pepper

  6. 1 stalk coriander, fresh

  7. 1 lime

  8. 1/2 cup soy sauce

  9. 1 tsp sesame oil

  1. Cut an even piece of the salmon fillet and cut into 2-3 very thin slices. Diagonally cut the fillet, always against the marbling in the fish.


  1. Finely chop garlic, ginger, chili and coriander.

  2. Juice lime and add in a bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil.

  3. Add garlic, ginger, chili and coriander to the sauce.

  4. Serve the sashimi with soy dressing.
