Ingredients

2 6oz Salmon Fillets
1 garlic clove
fresh ginger
pinch of red chili pepper
1 stalk coriander, fresh
1 lime
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Dressing
Directions
Cut an even piece of the salmon fillet and cut into 2-3 very thin slices. Diagonally cut the fillet, always against the marbling in the fish.
Dressing
Finely chop garlic, ginger, chili and coriander.
Juice lime and add in a bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Add garlic, ginger, chili and coriander to the sauce.
Serve the sashimi with soy dressing.
