Tuna Poke Stack
½ cup rice
1tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
8 oz tuna poke
1 sliced green onion
Garnish carrot slices and microgreens
Yum yum sauce and hot sauce on the plate for garnish.
Marinate tuna poke in desired amount of sesame oil & soy sauce
Prepare rice in the instant pot for 6 minutes with natural steam release. Or prepare rice as desired.
Use a round mold to prepare your stack starting with rice (packed tight), cucumber slices, avocado, and tuna poke.
Garnish with sesame seeds, carrots and green onion.
Remove from mold and enjoy!
